It starts with "Once upon a time",
A lovers story told in rhyme. And even though doesn't seem so It's all a game of yes and no. I wooed you in all tastes and shades: Chocolates and flowers, serenades. But no success; couldn't care less You just said no! But I heard yes! I played upset and with regret I said "I quit", you said "Not yet" Gave me a kiss: "Still want to go?" I frowned like yes but I meant no. The show went on, I played my part Rent you a room inside my heart. "You trust me not to make a mess?" And I said no but you heard yes. Through spring and summer and a fall I gave you sun and rain and all, When winter came I was your snow, I melt the yes and froze the no. Right then you laid down all your arms And gave in to my sweetest charms. So when I asked you in white dress You nod like no but smiled like yes. The story ends in joy and laughter And "They lived happ'ly ever after". But starting from the first "Hello" It was a game of yes and no.
