A second of Eternity suspended in time,
A place where every shout is a crime, A girl with a bloodily red hair Who life didn't always treat her fair, Who did not like the part offered by God, Whose role as a human never made her proud. A girl who refused to start the existence race, Who never knew what she was to face, Who was never told about pain and regret But was cast in a world of shadows instead. Personalized shadows with a different face, That claim to call themselves the human race, That try to explain the existence of a superior being When the goal is to believe without seeing. But one day she was strolling in a park And her private reality was no longer dark But sprinkled with an intense yellow spark. A Sun that knew how to dry her pain Melted the imaginary chain That stopped the impulses sent by the brain To her heart and hands and eyes. Thus the revelation was a blissful surprise: She came to love the world...
